Oatmeal and small granny smith apple
Lunch:
Veggie wrap (Ezekiel tortilla, vegenaise, bell peppers, baby kale mix, bean sprouts)
Justin’s classic almond butter (32 g 160 calories)
Snacks:
Almonds
Flax seeds (2 tbsp)
Dinner:
Stir fry (tofu, soy sauce, garlic powder, brown sugar, onion, bean sprouts, mushrooms, zucchini, snow peas) Desert: Nectarine 1 tbsp of chocolate hazelnut butter
Exercise:
1 mile jogging 1 mile walking (160) //1 mile on the stair master (100) 260 calories burned total
I feel great!! I’ve decided to not count calories for a while though because I’m lazy and I’m eating a lot more veggies and I’m eating fairly healthy now so it doesn’t feel really necessary! I’m only worried about not getting enough with the exercising I’m doing but ill work on that.
